Our range includes dietary supplement products and one proprietary medicine. Product categories, ingredients, directions, warnings, age guidance, storage instructions and expiry dates vary by item. Please check the product listing and physical label before ordering or use, and follow the label instructions.

FSSAI Licence No.: 12725066001819. Our third-party manufacturing partners vary by product. Please refer to each product label for the applicable manufacturer details and FSSAI or AYUSH licence information.

5. Prices, orders and availability
- Currency: Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Charges: Shipping charges and the final order total are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Availability: Product availability, prices and descriptions may change without prior notice.
- Order acceptance: Orders depend on product availability, delivery serviceability for your PIN code and our confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order or find a material listing or pricing error, we may cancel it. Any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India using a suitable courier partner, which may include Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees or India Post, based on serviceability and cost. Estimated delivery is 3–12 days depending on distance and courier service. Shipping is ₹50 for COD orders and ₹0 for prepaid orders; the applicable charge is shown at checkout. Tracking details are shared by WhatsApp. Delays may occur due to an incorrect address, weather or other logistical issues.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
- Cancellation: You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery when the parcel reaches your address.
- Returns or replacement: We accept a return or replacement request if an item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Reporting an issue: Keep the item unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Report transit damage or other issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof, such as unboxing photos or video.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and disputes connected with use of this website or purchases are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, subject to applicable law.
