Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

VedSudham Ayurveda wants you to receive the products you ordered in pristine condition. This policy explains the terms for requesting a return, replacement, refund, or cancellation on vedsudham.com.

1. Returns for Correctly Delivered Items (Change of Mind)

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Because dietary supplements are ingestible health products, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return if the product has been opened, used, or its safety seal is broken. The product must be completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged when returned.

2. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • How to report: Contact us on WhatsApp at 9219641044.
  • Mandatory proof: Send your order number with a continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video. The video must show the unopened parcel from all sides, the shipping label, and the product as you open it.
  • Handling: Please do not consume a product that appears damaged or defective. Keep the product and its packaging while we review your report.

If we are not notified within 5 days or the requested video is unavailable, the claim may be difficult to verify and the return or refund request may be declined where applicable law permits. Nothing in this requirement limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will securely verify your bank or UPI details and arrange a manual refund.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order free of charge before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery at your doorstep. Any prepaid refund due will be handled subject to applicable law.
