Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
J V Enterprises (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates VedSudham Ayurveda at www.vedsudham.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or contact us.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and Contact Details: Name, mobile number, email address, and account login details such as your username and password.
- Order and Delivery Details: Billing and shipping address, products ordered, order value, order status, and delivery information.
- Age: Age when explicitly requested in an account creation or order form.
- Messages: Information you send through our Contact Us form or when you communicate with our customer support team.
- Payment Information: Payment method and transaction status or reference number needed to manage an order. Currently, payment is by Cash on Delivery (COD) only. If online options such as UPI, net banking, or cards are added later, the payment service provider selected at checkout will securely process the transaction.
- Technical and Usage Information: Browser or device details, pages visited, and website interactions that may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels when enabled.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information you directly enter when creating an account, placing an order, using checkout, submitting the Contact Us form, or contacting us for support. Some details, such as your name, mobile number, and delivery address, are required to manage an account or fulfil an order. If these required details are missing, we may not be able to provide the service.
We may also receive payment confirmations or shipment and delivery status updates from the payment gateway or courier providers involved in your order. Website activity may be collected automatically through essential cookies and, when enabled, analytics tools or advertising pixels.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage customer accounts, and to process, confirm, deliver, and support your orders.
- To coordinate delivery with Delhivery or India Post, depending on the shipping method.
- To respond to questions, provide service updates, and resolve order issues.
- To send promotional offers on WhatsApp where you have explicitly opted in. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time.
- To understand website usage, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve our website, products, and services.
- To protect the website, prevent fraudulent misuse, and meet applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
4. Payments and Delivery Partners
At present, customers can pay by Cash on Delivery only. If online options such as UPI or cards are integrated later, payments will be securely processed by the third-party provider named at checkout. That provider may receive the details needed to process the transaction, such as your name, contact details, order reference, amount, and payment credentials. We only receive the payment status and transaction reference needed to fulfil and reconcile your order. We do not store card credentials on this website. When an online gateway is enabled, we will update this Policy with the provider’s details.
For delivery, we share the recipient’s name, phone number, shipping address, and relevant order details with Delhivery or India Post, as required to ship your parcel.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Pixels
Our website may use essential cookies to support your account, shopping cart, and checkout functions. When configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, and Meta Pixel or other Meta Business Tools for Facebook and Instagram may use cookies or similar technologies. They may receive browser or device identifiers, IP addresses, and events such as pages or products viewed, cart activity, and purchases. We use these signals to understand site use, measure ad performance, control ad frequency, and show relevant remarketing ads.
Our intended tag configuration will not send personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, login details, contact-form contents, payment credentials, or health information to advertising platforms. Google and Meta handle information under their own privacy notices. Where required, we will ask for your choice before non-essential analytics or advertising tags run, and configure tags to respect that choice. You can manage cookies in your browser or adjust personalized ad settings directly through Google and Meta privacy panels. Turning off personalized ads may not stop all basic measurement or generic advertising.
6. When We Share Information
We share information with trusted service providers as needed to operate the store and fulfil your requests, including website hosting providers, the payment gateway shown at checkout if enabled, and Delhivery or India Post for logistics. When Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel are active, those platforms receive the website interaction events described above. We may also disclose information when strictly required by law or to protect our customers, business, and website integrity. We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
7. WhatsApp Promotions
If you choose to receive promotions, we may use your registered mobile number to send offers and updates through WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by contacting us. Necessary order-related transactional messages, such as dispatch updates, may still be sent to complete and support your purchases.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer account and order information, including name, address, age, and mobile number, for as long as needed to manage your account, fulfil orders, provide customer support, and meet legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will safely delete it or anonymize it.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where our use is based on consent. Where required, we will ask for your explicit choice before optional uses such as WhatsApp promotions or non-essential tracking. Some order or accounting records may need to be legally retained despite deletion requests.
10. Health Information
We are a dietary and health supplement brand. We do not ask for personal medical histories, health conditions, or sensitive medical details in our standard account creation, checkout, or contact forms. Please do not send sensitive health or medical information through the general Contact Us form.
11. Security and External Links
We use reasonable industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our website may contain links to external websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own independent policies.
12. Marketplace Orders
If you purchase VedSudham Ayurveda products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho, that marketplace’s privacy notice applies to the information it collects for that transaction. This Policy covers information collected directly through www.vedsudham.com.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated “Last updated” date.
