1. Products and product information

Our range includes dietary supplement products and one proprietary medicine. Product categories, ingredients, directions, warnings, age guidance, storage instructions and expiry dates vary by item. Please check the product listing and physical label before ordering or use, and follow the label instructions.

2. Licensing and manufacturing

FSSAI Licence No.: 12725066001819. Our third-party manufacturing partners vary by product. Please refer to each product label for the applicable manufacturer details and FSSAI or AYUSH licence information.

3. General product information

Website information is for general product awareness and is not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Results may vary. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.

4. Accounts and order details

Please provide accurate and current contact, billing and delivery details when creating an account or placing an order. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. Prices, orders and availability

• Currency: Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Charges: Shipping charges and the final order total are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
• Availability: Product availability, prices and descriptions may change without prior notice.
• Order acceptance: Orders depend on product availability, delivery serviceability for your PIN code and our confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order or find a material listing or pricing error, we may cancel it. Any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India using a suitable courier partner, which may include Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees or India Post, based on serviceability and cost. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is approximately 7 days from the order date; remote locations may take 7–10 working days after dispatch. These are estimates and depend on courier serviceability. Shipping is ₹50 for COD orders and ₹0 for prepaid orders; the applicable charge is shown at checkout. Tracking details are shared by WhatsApp. Delays may occur due to an incorrect address, weather or other logistical issues.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

• Cancellation: You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery.
• Normal returns: Request a return within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, with its safety seal intact, in its original packaging and undamaged.
• Wrong, damaged, defective or missing items: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and an unboxing video as described in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Do not consume a damaged or defective product; retain the item and packaging.
• Return shipping and tracking: Return shipping is free for all eligible returns, including defective or incorrectly delivered items and eligible change-of-mind returns. We arrange and pay for return pickup, and do not charge a restocking fee. We send a PDF return label for the customer to print. Customers can check return shipment progress using the courier tracking details.
• Total return and refund time: Pickup, warehouse receipt, and refund together take 4–7 working days from the eligible return request. The refund is made on the next working day after the returned item reaches our warehouse and is inspected, within this overall period.
• Refund method: Refunds for eligible returns are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item, by NEFT to the bank account nominated and confirmed by the customer. This may be another person’s account if expressly authorised by the customer. UPI refunds are not provided.
• Full policy: See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and disputes connected with use of this website or purchases are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
